You can call us, fill out a contact form on our website, or chat via our support line. We’ll schedule a pre‑move survey and provide you a detailed estimate. Once you approve, we finalize the date and proceed.
Yes, we offer optional transit insurance. If any item gets damaged during handling, packing, or transport (and if covered under insurance), we will initiate a claim process. Damage due to negligence is rare but handled responsibly.
Depends on distance, volume, and complexity. For local moves (within city), often 1 day or less. Interstate moves may take several days. International shipments depend on sea/air transit times.
Declutter and toss or donate what you don’t need. Less to move = lower cost.
Keep important documents, valuables, essentials separately.
Label boxes clearly (kitchen, fragile, bedroom etc.).
Clear parking access for our trucks; arrange elevator/lift access.
Be present (or assign someone you trust) during packing and unloading to oversee.
Yes. We offer both short‑term and long‑term secure storage with good conditions. You can keep your goods in storage until everything is ready.
Such items are packed using extra cushioning (bubble wrap, foam sheets), custom crates if needed, double boxing, and transported carefully. They are labeled “Fragile” and placed where they are less likely to be impacted.
